SonoVive Batch Verify: Checking the Lot on Your Bottle
You can match your SonoVive order by phone, but you cannot verify a batch against a lab report, because none is published. The codes SON-26/SO-6078 (lot) and SON-6078-26-SO (CoA reference) are seller reference codes, not test results. Check your bottle's seal, count and printed lot, then call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID.

The short answer
Can you verify a SonoVive batch?
Only partly. You can confirm your order with the order desk. You cannot check a batch against a lab test, because no test has been made public.
The owner's brief gives two codes. Neither appears in any photo of the bottle, and neither links to a report you can open.
| Lot reference | SON-26/SO-6078 |
|---|---|
| CoA reference | SON-6078-26-SO |
| Shown on a bottle photo? | No. Only the front label is ever shown |
| Linked lab report? | None published |
| Lab or certifier named? | Not published |
| What the codes can do | Help the order desk find a shipment |
| What the codes cannot do | Prove purity, strength or contents |
The codes
What do the SonoVive lot and CoA codes mean?
A lot number tags one production run. If something goes wrong with a run, the maker can trace and recall it. That is useful, and every bottle should carry one.
A Certificate of Analysis, or CoA, is different. It is a lab report for one lot. It lists tests run on that batch and the results. A CoA reference code is only a label for that report.
So a code with no report behind it proves very little. Think of a claim ticket with no coat on the rack. Until the seller shares the report itself, treat both codes as filing numbers, not as proof of quality.
Step by step
How do you check the batch on your SonoVive bottle?
Four checks when the box arrives. Scroll and each one plays out.
- 01
Check the seal
Before opening, look for an unbroken seal under the cap. If it is torn or missing, do not take a capsule.
- 02
Find the printed codes
Look on the side, base or cap for a lot number and a best-before date. Snap a clear photo of both.
- 03
Read the panel
Find the Supplement Facts panel and the serving size. Follow the directions printed on your bottle.
- 04
Call with your order ID
Ring the order desk, read out your lot, and ask if it matches your order. Write down the answer and the date.
Your photo of the lot number and date is worth keeping. If you ever report a side effect, it is the first thing a pharmacist or FDA will ask for.
What a real report shows
What would a real SonoVive Certificate of Analysis include?
A useful CoA answers five questions about one batch. The table lists them and shows where SonoVive stands today.
| Test | What it tells you | SonoVive |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | The herbs are what the label says, not a cheaper plant | Not published |
| Strength | Each capsule holds the amount on the label | Not published |
| Heavy metals | Lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury within limits | Not published |
| Microbes | No harmful bacteria, yeast or mold | Not published |
| Lab name and date | Who tested which lot, and when | Not published |
Heavy metals are a fair worry for one ingredient. A 2024 research report on Bacopa monnieri flags contamination risk with this herb (ADDF bacopa 2024). A batch test would settle the question for SonoVive. None is available.
Ask the seller
What should you ask when you call about your SonoVive batch?
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID ready. The website inbox cannot see orders, so email will not help here. You can also look up an order at the BuyGoods order lookup.
- Does the lot printed on my bottle match my order?
- Is there a Certificate of Analysis for this lot, and can you send it?
- Which lab ran the tests, and on what date?
- Who is the manufacturer, and where is the plant?
Write down who you spoke to and what they said. If the answers satisfy you, good. If not, see our notes on SonoVive testing and quality.

What if your SonoVive bottle looks wrong?
Do not take it
A broken seal, odd smell, wrong count or missing label is reason enough to wait.

The bottle, the seal, the codes and the packing slip.
Call within the window
Ring +1 (302) 200-3480 well before day 60. Every bottle goes back with the slip.
Why it matters here
Why does batch testing matter more for SonoVive than for a vitamin?
Because two of its ingredients are strong for their size. A small change in amount can matter.
St. John's wort can weaken many medicines (NCCIH St. John's wort). If one batch holds more than another, the effect on a blood thinner or birth control pill could shift too. Only a strength test on each lot would show that.
Huperzine A works in micrograms, thousandths of a milligram. It acts on the same brain chemical as dementia drugs (ADDF huperzine A). Mixing such a tiny amount evenly through a batch takes care, and a test is the only way to confirm it.
None of this means a SonoVive batch is wrong. It means the reasons to want a lab report are real. Read more on St. John's wort before you order.
Buying safely
How do you make sure you get a genuine SonoVive bottle?
Order through the official checkout. The vendor's pages send buyers to BuyGoods for orders and refunds, and refund claims start with an order ID from that checkout. A bottle from a random marketplace seller comes with no order ID the desk can look up.
When the box arrives, compare it with the photos. The front should read SonoVive, Dietary Supplement, 30 Capsules, Promotes Hearing Health and Supports Brain Function, with an ear drawing and a yellow swoosh. Anything else is worth a call before you open it.

FAQ
SonoVive batch and lot number FAQ
Where is the lot number on a SonoVive bottle?
We cannot say for sure, because no photo shows the side, base or cap. On most supplement bottles, the lot and best-before date sit on the side panel or the base. Photograph them when your bottle arrives.
Does SonoVive have a Certificate of Analysis?
None is published. The owner's brief gives a CoA reference code, SON-6078-26-SO, but no report, lab name or test results sit behind it. Ask the order desk if a report exists for your lot.
Is the SonoVive lot SON-26/SO-6078 lab tested?
That has not been shown. SON-26/SO-6078 is a seller reference code. No lab report for it has been published, so it cannot prove purity, strength or contents on its own.
How do I know my SonoVive is not fake?
Buy through the official BuyGoods checkout, check that the seal is intact and the front label matches the seller photos, and call the order desk with your order ID to match the lot. A bottle bought elsewhere has no order ID the desk can find.
Can I check a SonoVive batch online?
No online batch checker exists for SonoVive. You can look up your order at the BuyGoods order lookup, and you can call +1 (302) 200-3480 to ask whether your lot matches your order.
What should I do if my SonoVive seal is broken?
Do not take any capsules. Photograph the bottle, the seal and the packing slip, then call the order desk with your order ID. Returns need every bottle and the slip, within the 60-day window.
