SonoVive Dosage: How Much to Take and Why We Do Not Print a Number
Take SonoVive exactly as the directions printed on your bottle say. The vendor publishes no serving size, directions or Supplement Facts panel online, so nobody outside the company can confirm a dose. What is known: 30 capsules per bottle, sold as a 30-day supply. Amounts reported by sponsored articles sit well below the doses used in research.

The short answer
How many SonoVive capsules should you take a day?
The right number is the one printed on your own bottle. We have not seen it, and neither has anyone writing about SonoVive online.
Every image of the product shows only the front label. The side panel, where U.S. rules require the Supplement Facts box (21 CFR 101.36), never appears. The vendor's sales and help pages, checked October 11, 2026, do not print a serving size either.
The sales page does call one bottle a 30-day supply. That hints at one capsule a day, but a hint is not a direction. Some sponsored articles state one capsule a day as fact. They give no source we could check, so we do not repeat it as a rule.
Known and unknown
What does the vendor actually say about the dose?
Very little. The table sorts each detail by its source.
| Detail | What we found | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Capsules per bottle | 30 | Bottle front |
| Days per bottle | 30 | Sales page |
| Serving size | Not published | No Supplement Facts panel shown |
| Time of day | Not published | Sales page gives none |
| With or without food | Not published | Read your bottle |
| Amount of each ingredient | Not published | Only sponsored articles list figures |
| How long to use it | At least 3 months | Vendor refund page, which also sets a 60-day window |
The last row matters for planning. The refund page suggests three months of use, yet the money-back window closes at 60 days. The 60-day guarantee rules explain the return steps.
Dose check
Are SonoVive's amounts close to the doses used in studies?
Not if the reported figures are right. Watch each bar fill toward the study dose.
Think about what the bars mean for a single capsule. The GEM trial gave older adults 120 mg of ginkgo twice a day, 240 mg in all (GEM trial (DeKosky 2008)). A reported 50 mg capsule is about one fifth of that. Bacopa trials mostly used about 300 mg a day for three months or longer (ADDF bacopa 2024), against a reported 120 mg. Huperzine A trials started at 200 mcg a day (Yang 2013 huperzine meta-analysis), twenty times the reported 10 mcg.
Low amounts are a reason for modest expectations, not extra capsules. Each ingredient is broken down on the SonoVive ingredients page.
Your first bottle
How do you find and follow the right SonoVive dose?
Four checks before the first capsule. Scroll and each one plays out.
- 01
Find the directions panel
Turn the bottle until you see the Supplement Facts box and the line that starts with Suggested Use or Directions. That line is your dose.
- 02
Write it on your medicine list
Add SonoVive and the amount to the list you keep for your doctor. Pharmacists check herbs against your prescriptions.
- 03
Pair it with a daily habit
Take it at the same point each day, such as a meal you never skip, so you neither forget nor double up.
- 04
Stop and call if something changes
New dizziness, stomach upset, a rash after sun or bleeding gums are reasons to pause and phone your doctor.
The vendor's disclaimer page says anyone pregnant, nursing, taking medication or living with a medical condition should consult a physician before use. Our how to use SonoVive guide covers water, meals and storage.
Taking more
Can you take more SonoVive to get faster results?
No. Nothing suggests a bigger serving works faster, and extra capsules mean extra St. John's wort, the ingredient most likely to cause trouble. NCCIH lists diarrhea, dizziness, trouble sleeping, restlessness and skin tingling among its side effects, with severe skin reactions to sun at large doses (NCCIH St. John's wort).
St. John's wort can weaken birth control pills, warfarin, cyclosporine, some statins and antidepressants, and with serotonin drugs it may cause serious side effects (NCCIH St. John's wort). A larger serving does not lower that risk. Check with your pharmacist before the first capsule, at any dose.

Order nowEveryday questions
What if you miss a day or take SonoVive with other supplements?
Skip the missed capsule and carry on the next day, unless your bottle says otherwise.
| Situation | Careful next step |
|---|---|
| You forgot yesterday's capsule | Resume your usual routine today. Do not take two to catch up. |
| You already take a ginkgo supplement | SonoVive names ginkgo too. Ask your pharmacist before stacking them, since ginkgo may raise bleeding risk (NCCIH ginkgo). |
| You take a memory supplement with bacopa or huperzine A | You may be doubling up. Compare both labels with your pharmacist. |
| Surgery or dental work is coming up | Tell your surgeon. Supplements can change bleeding and anesthesia response (ODS: What you need to know). |
Bottle math
How long does one bottle of SonoVive last?
One bottle of 30 capsules is sold as a 30-day supply. At $69 for one bottle, that works out to about $2.30 a day by our math.
At the pharmacy
What should you ask a pharmacist about the SonoVive dose?
Bring the bottle itself, not a photo of the front. The pharmacist needs the side panel. Picture a 58-year-old woman on an antidepressant who reads about SonoVive for her ringing ears. Her best first move is a five-minute talk at the counter.
Is this safe with my list?
Ask about St. John's wort first, then ginkgo and vinpocetine if you take a blood thinner or daily aspirin.
Is the amount on my label normal?
Ask how the printed amounts compare with what studies used for each ingredient.
What should make me stop?
Agree on warning signs, such as unusual bruising, stomach upset or new dizziness, before you begin.
Report any side effect to FDA MedWatch at 800-FDA-1088 (FDA MedWatch). A full list sits on the SonoVive side effects page.
When it arrives
What should you check on the SonoVive bottle before the first dose?
Look for five things when your package arrives. If any is missing, call the order desk before you open the cap.
- A Supplement Facts box with a serving size
- An amount beside each of the five named ingredients
- A directions line telling you how much and how often
- Warnings, including pregnancy and medicine cautions
- A lot number and a best-before date
Photograph the panel, then compare it with what our SonoVive label page lists as published and not published.
FAQ
SonoVive dosage questions
What is the recommended dosage of SonoVive?
The recommended dosage is whatever the directions on your bottle say. The vendor does not publish a serving size or directions online, and no image shows the Supplement Facts panel. The sales page only says one 30-capsule bottle is a 30-day supply, so we do not print a number we cannot verify.
Is SonoVive taken once a day?
Possibly, but the vendor has not said so in writing. A 30-capsule bottle sold as a 30-day supply points to once a day, and some sponsored articles say so. Neither is a published direction. Read the label on your bottle and follow it, including any note about food or timing.
When is the best time of day to take SonoVive?
The vendor gives no time of day. Many people find a capsule easiest to remember with a regular meal, such as breakfast. If your bottle names a time or says to take it with food, follow that. Choose one routine and keep it steady so you do not miss days or double up.
Can I take two SonoVive capsules a day for better results?
Not unless your bottle says so. No study of SonoVive shows a bigger serving helps, and each extra capsule adds St. John's wort and huperzine A, which cause side effects and interactions in some people. Ask your doctor or pharmacist before going above the label amount.
How much St. John's wort is in a SonoVive capsule?
The vendor has not published it. Sponsored articles report 250 mg per capsule, which would make it the largest ingredient, but we could not confirm that figure. Whatever the amount, St. John's wort can weaken many common medicines, so check with a pharmacist first.
How long should I take SonoVive before deciding?
The vendor's refund page suggests using it for at least three months, but its money-back window is only 60 days. Bacopa studies usually ran 12 weeks. If you try SonoVive, review how you feel around day 45, while there is still time to return the bottles for a refund.
