What happens after you mail SonoVive back?
Call the order desk before you mail anything. The brief lists a New York return address, and the vendor's refund page lists one in Aurora, Colorado. The desk will tell you which applies to your order.
Once your bottles are credited, the refund is issued in 3 to 5 business days, then your card issuer takes 5 to 10 days to post it. The vendor's page says a few days after the package arrives, then 5 to 10 days.
The vendor's refund page also suggests using the product for at least 3 months, which is longer than the 60-day window. Decide before day 60.
