SonoVive Disclaimer: What This Website Is and Is Not
Sonovives is an authorized U.S. retailer of SonoVive, not the manufacturer, and it earns money when you order through its links. Nothing on the site is medical advice. SonoVive is sold as a dietary supplement; its statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

The short version
What does the SonoVive disclaimer say in one minute?
We sell SonoVive and explain it as honestly as we can. We are not your doctor, we did not make the product, and we get paid when you buy.
- Information on the site is general. It does not replace a visit with a doctor, audiologist or pharmacist.
- SonoVive is sold as a dietary supplement. FDA does not review supplements for safety or effect before they are sold (FDA supplement Q&A).
- No study of SonoVive itself has been published.
- Product facts come from the bottle images and the vendor's pages. Where something is missing, we say so.
- Sonovives earns money from orders placed through its links.
Medical
Is the information on the SonoVive website medical advice?
No. The pages explain what the label shows, what research found about each ingredient, and what public health agencies advise. They cannot weigh your own health, your test results or your medicines.
Use the site to prepare questions. Then take those questions to someone who can examine you. A hearing professional can test your ears. A pharmacist can check your medicine list against the five named ingredients in minutes.
Sudden hearing loss in one or both ears is a medical emergency; NIDCD says treatment delayed past two to four weeks is less likely to help (NIDCD sudden deafness). Stop reading and get medical care today.
If you think you had a reaction to any supplement, stop taking it, call your doctor, and report it through FDA MedWatch (FDA MedWatch). Known risks for each ingredient are listed on the SonoVive side effects page.
FDA
Has the FDA evaluated SonoVive?
No. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. SonoVive is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
That wording is required next to structure and function claims such as "Promotes Hearing Health" (21 CFR 101.93). It is printed on the brand's own graphic and in our footer.
Two more points matter. FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they reach the market (FDA supplement Q&A). And a facility registration number does not mean FDA approves the facility or anything made there (21 CFR 1.242). When the sales page uses FDA wording, read it with that in mind.

Evidence
What does the evidence behind SonoVive's claims look like?
- Hearing aidsThe proven help for age-related loss
Hearing aids, including over-the-counter aids for adults with mild to moderate loss, are the standard treatment. (FDA OTC hearing aids)
- BacopaMemory trials, 12 weeks
Some gains in memory recall at 300-450 mg a day. Never tested for hearing. (Pase 2012 bacopa review)
- Huperzine A20 Alzheimer's trials
Some score gains, but poor study quality. Never tested for hearing. (Yang 2013 huperzine meta-analysis)
- GinkgoCochrane 2022: 12 tinnitus studies
Uncertain benefit; it may make little or no difference to how bad ringing feels. (Cochrane: Ginkgo for tinnitus 2022)
- VinpocetineCochrane: 3 dementia studies
Inconclusive, and FDA warns against it in pregnancy. (Cochrane vinpocetine)
- SonoViveNo study of the product
No trial of SonoVive for hearing, ringing or memory has been published. (FTC health products guidance)
Bar length shows how directly each line of evidence answers the question: will this help my hearing? It is our editorial summary of the linked sources, not a score from any study.
We show the ladder so the disclaimer is not only words. The product sits on the lowest rung because it has no published trial.
Who we are
Is Sonovives the maker of SonoVive?
No. Sonovives runs sonovives.com as a USA Authorized SonoVive Retailer. That role comes from the owner's brief; the vendor's own pages do not mention it.
The vendor names its company only as SonoVive and publishes no legal entity or street address. Payment runs through the BuyGoods checkout. We do not make, fill, test or store the capsules, so we cannot vouch for what is inside a given bottle beyond what is printed on it.

Where facts come from
Where does the information on the SonoVive site come from?
| Source | Used for | How we treat it |
|---|---|---|
| Bottle images | Name, capsule count, front claims | Highest weight; typed word for word |
| Vendor sales and help pages | Price, shipping, refund rules, claims | Credited to the vendor; problems noted |
| Owner's brief | Retailer role, office and return addresses, adult age | Credited to the brief; conflicts shown |
| NIH, FDA, FTC, Cochrane | Health facts, rules, evidence | Linked by number on every claim |
| Sponsored articles | Reported amounts per capsule | Always marked reported and unverified |
| Customer reviews | Not used yet | No ratings, names or quotes until verified |

Results
Does Sonovives promise any result from SonoVive?
No. Individual results vary, and some people notice nothing. We do not promise quieter ringing, sharper hearing or better memory.
The 60-day refund is a purchase policy. It lets you send bottles back; it is not a sign that the capsules work. Read the window carefully, because the vendor counts from delivery and the brief from purchase. Counting from your order date keeps you safe.
We also do not show star scores, customer counts or testimonials. The vendor's own disclaimer says some testimonials were recorded with paid actors, and FTC rules require that to be disclosed (FTC Endorsement Guides).
Affiliate note
How does Sonovives make money?
When you click an order button and buy, Sonovives earns money from that sale. The order buttons are marked as sponsored links in the page code.
Being paid does not change the facts we print. Weak spots, such as the missing Supplement Facts panel and the St. John's wort interactions, stay on the pages whether or not they cost us sales.
You pay the same price whether you arrive through our links or another way. One bottle is $69 in the sales-page text; the 3- and 6-bottle prices are shown at checkout.

Outside links
Who is responsible for outside websites linked from SonoVive pages?
The owners of those sites. We link to NIH, FDA, FTC, Cochrane and journal pages so you can read sources yourself. We do not control them, and they may change after we check them.
The checkout belongs to BuyGoods, and its terms and privacy notice apply there. Our own handling of your data is set out in the privacy policy.
Corrections
What if you find a mistake on the SonoVive site?
Tell us at [email protected], Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. We fix errors and move the page date forward. That inbox handles pages, typos, privacy and press. It cannot see orders, so order questions go to +1 (302) 200-3480.
FAQ
SonoVive disclaimer: common questions
Is SonoVive reviewed by the FDA before it is sold?
No. Under U.S. law, FDA does not approve or review dietary supplements before they go on sale. The maker is responsible for safety and labeling. SonoVive's statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Is sonovives.com run by the SonoVive company?
No. Sonovives runs the site as a USA authorized SonoVive retailer, a role taken from the owner's brief. It does not make the capsules. The vendor names itself only as SonoVive and publishes no legal company name or address.
Does Sonovives get paid when I buy SonoVive?
Yes. Sonovives earns money when you order through its links. You pay the same price either way, and being paid does not remove the weak points we list, such as the missing facts panel and the drug interactions.
Can I rely on the SonoVive site instead of seeing a doctor?
No. The site gives general information only. It cannot examine your ears or check your medicines. See a doctor for ringing, hearing changes or dizziness, and see one the same day for sudden hearing loss.
Why does the SonoVive site have no customer reviews?
Because none has been verified yet. The vendor's own disclaimer says some testimonials used paid actors. We will not print star ratings, names or quotes until a review can be checked against a real order.
Are the ingredient amounts on the SonoVive site official?
No. The vendor has not released any amounts. Any per-capsule figure on the site comes from sponsored articles and is labeled reported and unverified. Follow the directions printed on your bottle, and read its panel when it arrives.
