Is SonoVive Sold on Amazon, eBay, Walmart or in Stores?
The vendor's pages name no marketplace, pharmacy or store as a seller. SonoVive is sold online through one order page, and checkout is run by BuyGoods. A listing on Amazon, eBay or Walmart may come from a reseller, and the 60-day refund is tied to an order ID from the official checkout.

Short answer
What do the vendor's pages say about where SonoVive is sold?
They say very little, and that is the first thing to know.
The vendor's sales, shipping and refund pages point buyers to one secure order page. Payment and the order desk run through a checkout company called BuyGoods. No page we use names Amazon, eBay, Walmart, a drugstore chain or any other shop as a place to buy the capsules.
That does not prove a listing elsewhere is fake. It means we cannot vouch for it. Anyone can list a bottle on a marketplace, and nothing in the vendor's published terms covers a sale made by a third party.
This site, Sonovives, is a USA authorized SonoVive retailer. We are not the maker. We send readers to the same order page the vendor uses, and we earn money when a reader buys through our order links. You pay the same price either way.
Key facts
What should you know before you buy SonoVive anywhere?
- One order page is the route every order button on this site follows. Checkout is run by BuyGoods.
- A bottle of 30 capsules is $69 in the sales-page text. Prices for 3 and 6 bottles appear only at checkout, so we print none.
- U.S. shipping is free. The vendor lists $15.95 for Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
- The 60-day money-back guarantee needs an order ID from the vendor's own checkout.
- The vendor lists no shop, drugstore or marketplace as a place to buy.
- The order desk is +1 (302) 200-3480. You can also use the BuyGoods order lookup.
- This site publishes no star rating, review count or customer quote. A score you see on any listing did not come from us.
- SonoVive is a dietary supplement. It is not FDA approved, and no supplement is.
Side by side
How does the official order page compare with a marketplace listing?
The table sets out what we can check on the order page against what we cannot check on a listing run by someone else. The left column is built from the vendor's sales, shipping and refund pages. The right column is blank on purpose where the vendor has published nothing.
| What matters to you | Official order page | Marketplace or store listing |
|---|---|---|
| Price you can check | $69 for one bottle; 3 and 6 bottles priced at checkout | Set by the seller, no vendor figure to compare |
| Money-back guarantee | 60 days, per the vendor's refund page | No vendor policy published for these sales |
| Order ID for the desk | Arrives in your confirmation email | None from the vendor's checkout |
| U.S. shipping | Free, 5-7 working days | The seller's own terms |
| Tracking | Email within 60 hours of your order | The seller's own terms |
| Who answers questions | The BuyGoods order desk | The reseller, if it replies |
The order ID row matters most. When you call the desk, the first thing it asks for is that ID. Without it, there is no order for the desk to find, and a refund request has nothing to attach to.

Why do people look for SonoVive on Amazon, eBay and Walmart?
Many shoppers trust a marketplace because the checkout is familiar and the returns look simple. Searches such as "sonovive amazon", "sonovive ebay" and "sonovive walmart" are normal for that reason.
Star ratings are another pull. A listing may show a score and a review count. Treat those with care. We publish no rating for SonoVive because none has been matched to a real order, and the vendor's own disclaimer says some testimonials on its sales page were recorded with paid actors.
The FTC has a rule that bans fake reviews and testimonials.(FTC fake reviews rule) It also expects actors to be disclosed.(FTC Endorsement Guides) A score on a page you cannot trace is a weak reason to pay.
Ask who wrote the review and whether the person bought through a checkout that can confirm it. If a page cannot answer, give the score no weight.
In person
Can you find SonoVive in stores near you?
We cannot point you to one. The vendor names no store, so "sonovive near me" has no published answer. The same goes for big-chain searches like tinnitus supplements at Walmart, Walgreens or Costco: our sources do not say that any of them stock this capsule.
If you do see a bottle on a shelf, ask the shop three questions. Where did the stock come from? What is the return rule? Can I see the side of the bottle with the Supplement Facts box? A shop that cannot answer is a shop to skip.
Remember the claim on the front. It says Promotes Hearing Health and Supports Brain Function. It is a dietary supplement claim, not a treatment claim, and a shelf does not change that.
Reseller risks
What can go wrong with a bottle from a reseller?
Nothing here means every reseller is careless. These are gaps, and each one is a gap in what we can check.
- No order ID. The vendor's desk can look up orders from its own checkout. A parcel from another seller will not appear.
- No refund terms you can read. The 60-day rule is the vendor's. A reseller may offer less, or nothing.
- Unknown storage. We cannot see where a bottle sat before it reached you. Heat is a common storage worry for any supplement.
- Unclear batch. The seller lists lot SON-26/SO-6078 and a CoA reference. Those are seller reference codes, not lab proof, and no photo shows where they are printed.
- A different form. The product is a white bottle of 30 capsules. Anything sold as gummies, liquid or drops is not what the vendor describes.
Price can mislead too. A very low price with no trace back to the order page is a reason to stop and ask questions before you pay.
If you already bought
How do you check a bottle you already bought somewhere else?
Work through these steps before the first capsule.
- Compare the front. It should read SonoVive, Dietary Supplement, 30 Capsules, with the two claims and an ear drawing.
- Turn it around. Read the Supplement Facts box and the directions. Federal rules require that panel on the bottle.(21 CFR 101.36)
- Photograph the lot and date. Keep the photo with your receipt.
- Ask the seller for the refund rule in writing. Do not assume the vendor's 60 days apply.
- Show the bottle to a pharmacist. SonoVive names St. John's wort, which can weaken many medicines.(NCCIH St. John's wort)
If the seal is broken or the label looks wrong, do not take any capsule. Take photos and go back to the seller first.
Outside the U.S.
Can you order SonoVive from outside the United States?
Yes, from five places the vendor lists: Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping costs $15.95 and takes 10-15 working days, against free shipping and 5-7 working days inside the U.S.
People in those countries sometimes search for local shops, such as tinnitus supplements in Canada or Australia. Our sources name no local seller. The vendor also does not say who pays import duty, so ask the order desk before you order.
Whether the $15.95 fee comes back with a refund is not published. Ask before you send anything.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is SonoVive on Amazon?
The vendor's pages do not name Amazon or any other marketplace as a seller. A listing there could come from a reseller. The vendor's refund is tied to an order ID from its own checkout, so ask any reseller for its own terms first.
Is SonoVive sold at Walmart, Walgreens or Costco?
Our sources name no store or pharmacy that stocks it. The vendor sells online through one order page. If you find a bottle on a shelf, ask where it came from and what the return rule is.
Is SonoVive sold on eBay?
The vendor does not name eBay. Anyone can list a bottle there, so we cannot vouch for a listing. The 60-day refund is described only for orders placed through the vendor's checkout.
Where is the safest place to order SonoVive?
The official order page. It shows the pack total before you pay, gives you an order ID by email and links to the 60-day refund terms. A reseller cannot offer those vendor terms.
Does a SonoVive bottle from a marketplace qualify for the 60-day guarantee?
That is not published. The vendor's refund rules are tied to an order ID from its own checkout. Ask the seller in writing what it offers, and keep the packing slip.
Can I buy SonoVive in Canada or Australia?
Yes, through the same order page. The vendor lists Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, at $15.95 for shipping and 10-15 working days. Other countries are not listed.
Our verdict
Our view
Our answer to the Amazon, eBay and Walmart question is cautious. The vendor names none of them, so we cannot tell you a listing is safe. We can tell you what the official route gives you: a total shown before you pay, an order ID, tracking and a written refund rule.
That is a practical reason to use the order page, not a promise about the product. No study of SonoVive has been published, and its amounts are not printed online. If you decide to try it, check your medicines with a pharmacist first, keep the order email and set a date inside the 60 days to decide.
We are a retailer and we earn money from orders, so weigh our advice with that in mind. The gaps above stay on the page whether or not they cost us a sale.
